It caters to the specialized practice areas of Private Equity & Venture Capital (“PE&VC”), Mergers & Acquisitions (“M&A”), Banking & Finance (B&F), Technology, Media, & Telecommunications (“TMT”) and Real Estate and has offices in India’s commercial capital, Mumbai and IT capital, Bengaluru.
